These notes are a general starting point. They are not a promise of a particular shipping speed, price, or destination.

Where we ship

Shipping choices, if any, appear at checkout for the address you enter. If checkout does not offer a rate, we cannot ship to that address yet.

Cost and timing

Any shipping charge is calculated at checkout. We do not promise free shipping. We also do not promise a handling time or a delivery date. Carriers and routes vary, and delays can happen.

Duties and taxes at the border

If an order leaves the country it ships from, the destination may charge customs duties, import tax, or other fees. Those charges are the recipient's responsibility. We declare the actual value of the shipment. We do not mark a package below its real value.

Problems in transit

If a package is late, damaged, or missing, contact us with your order number and any photos you have. We will look into it. We do not insure every shipment, and we do not promise a replacement or a refund for every delay or loss.
